Become a Beautycounter Consultant!

Me? A Beautycounter Consultant?!

That might be your reaction. It was mine when I was first introduced to Beautycounter two years ago. I never wanted to or imagined I would work with a company as an independent consultant, despite a variety of opportunities I’d been offered over the years with jewelry and other skincare companies.

And then, one day, it seemed exactly what I should be doing.

I haven’t looked back since. As this writing, March 2020, I’ve just celebrated my first anniversary with Beautycounter. I’m having fun, earning money, getting to know and forming friendships with smart and strong women. Beautycounter is a company I’m so proud to be part of. It’s a company of the highest integrity, committed to communication and transparency, so supportive of the consultants, and passionate about it’s mission to get safer product into the hands of everyone. And that doesn’t mean just Beautycounter products. It means all products that we use on our bodies and in our homes.

What’s Your Why?

Are you attracted to Beautycounter because of the safety of their products, because you want to be part of the movement for making a difference and moving our country toward legislating safe ingredients in personal care products, or because you just love the amazing skin care and beautiful makeup?  Beautycounter is a way to earn income* for taking a vacation, sending your kids to summer camp, contributing to family income, having a clothing budget, becoming the family breadwinner, or just taking advantage of the consultant discount for yourself and your family.

*Earnings as a Beautycounter consultant in the U.S. may vary significantly and depend on many factors, such as dedication to selling/mentoring. Not all consultants will earn money. To see more about the earnings and costs of Beautycounter consultants, please view the 2021 Income Disclosure Statement at www.beautycounter.com/ids.

Your business is whatever you want it to be.

Beautycounter consultants are business people, teachers, nurses, stay-at-home moms, fitness instructors, doctors, restrateurs, owners of other businesses, and entrepreneurs. Beautycounter fits you – not the other way around.

Who is Beautycounter?

Beautycounter is a direct-to-consumer, multi-channel retail company. That means that there are a variety of ways for people to buy products: through independent consultants like me, directly on the company’s corporate website, and at Beautycounter permanent retail locations and pop-up retail stores.

Why independent consultants? Beautycounter decided to use the consultant model because the story of Beautycounter and  the products are best shared person to person, and that’s exactly what we do. We connect, we educate, we keep in touch – I tell my clients I’m their Beautycounter concierge.

Beautycounter is an innovative and people-centered company that goes above and beyond to support consultants (I know I already said that!) as well as give excellent customer service to clients.

Beautycounter’s values:

  • Transparent
  • Forward Thinking
  • Spirited
  • Determined
  • Thoughtful

After only seven years in business, Beautycounter has truly become the leader, not only in clean beauty, but in the beauty category in general. It was the most searched beauty brand on Google in 2018. And the company and our founder and CEO, Gregg Renfrew (yes, a woman named Gregg!) continues to win awards in multiple categories.

Beautycounter is setting the bar high for other companies and we are truly changing the world.
